​My research interests are in labor economics, with a focus on wage determination and inequality, the effects of digitization on labor markets, and the impact of policies such as minimum wages. More recently, I have developed an interest in entrepreneurship research and am the the principal investigator of a project on entrepreneurship and prior work experience that is funded by the German Research Foundation (click here for details).
